ART + MINISTRY

A portrait series and faith-based initiative

Seeing people clearly no matter their appearance, hardships, or struggles. Honoring their dignity, sharing a story, and following Christ.

Using art to help — directly.

50% of each sale goes directly back to the subject of the portrait or a charitable organization of their choosing.

What is Art as Ministry ?

Art as Ministy is an ongoing portrait project focused on individuals experiencing hardships: battling addiction, financial insecurity, homelessness, or food insecurity. Each portrait begins with a real conversation and becomes a unique, original work of art created with the same care as traditional fine portraiture. The portraits are made available for collecting and 50% of the sales revenue goes back to the subject of the portrait. No third parties, no businesses, just me, the people I meet, and Jesus.

How does it work?

Each portrait is:

  • Hand-drawn

  • Created on archival 100% cotton watercolor paper

  • Crafted using archival mediums

  • Framed and ready to hang

50 % of each sale goes directly back to the individual in the portrait

This series is grounded in a simple belief:

Every person carries a sacred worth.

Every face deserves to be seen.

Art can restore what the world forgets and damages.

This is not charity at a distance. It is a direct collaboration, recognition, and act of faith. This is how I am meant to use my God-given gift of art and I am working directly with my brothers and sisters on this Earth, and God.
